Logo ice: 5 ways to use your brand at activations and events

At a brand activation, everything competes for guests’ attention — and for their phone cameras. Crystal-clear ice has a rare advantage: it is beautiful, ephemeral and unexpected. A logo in ice stays in photos and conversations long after the piece has melted. Here are five ways to use it.

1. Logo ice cubes in the glass

The closest you can get to the consumer: every drink served carries the brand inside the glass. At Iceology we create 3D-printed moulds from your logo and freeze purified water, so the design stays sharp in clear ice. Ideal for drinks launches, brand dinners and bars that want a signature serve.

2. Ice block with the logo frozen inside

A clear block with the logo inside, lit from the base. It works as a reception piece, a photo backdrop or a table centrepiece. It can also include the date, the event name or a message.

3. Ice menus and signage

The cocktail menu, a new product name or the evening’s programme frozen into a block of ice. We have already frozen complete bar menus — an elegant way to inform and decorate at once.

4. A sculpture with partner logos

At events with several sponsors, a central sculpture can carry all their logos in the base. That was the case with our ice unicorn, created for a night-time activation with coloured lighting.

5. A branded ice luge

The drinks channel combined with the frozen-in logo: the brand becomes part of the serve. For drinks brands, it is probably the highest-impact format.

How to prepare your logo file

  • Send the logo in vector format (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) or as a high-resolution PNG.
  • Logos with very thin lines may need a simplified version for ice — we help with the adaptation.
  • Tell us your brand colours: we can match the base lighting.

Lead times

Blocks and sculptures with logos are ordered at least 10 days in advance. For logo ice cubes, the lead time depends on the mould and the quantity — talk to us as soon as you have a date.
