Iceology ice factory

Types of ice: cubes, crushed ice, spheres and cocktail ice

We produce six formats of food-grade ice in Lisbon, using Japanese Hoshizaki machines and purified water. Each format has a job: chill fast, dilute less or give the glass presence. See which one suits each drink.
