What types of ice do you produce?
We produce regular ice cubes (28mm), crushed ice, handcrafted cubes (45mm to 60mm), ice spheres (50mm to 65mm), ice sticks, and ice with custom logos. All our ice is produced using Japanese Hoshizaki machines and filtered water.
Where do they deliver from?
We deliver to Lisbon, Almada, Costa da Caparica and the Algarve. Delivery is free in Lisbon for orders over €28 and in Almada/Costa da Caparica for orders over €100.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We don't have a minimum order quantity. We work with both small orders for individuals and large volumes for restaurants, bars, and events.
How can I order ice?
You can order directly from our website iceology.pt, by phone or via WhatsApp. For regular customers, we offer scheduled deliveries with fixed times.
Is ice safe to eat?
All our ice is food-grade, produced with filtered water using professional Hoshizaki equipment, complying with all hygiene and food safety standards.
What is the difference between regular ice and artisanal ice?
Regular ice (28mm) is ideal for general use in drinks and refrigeration. Artisanal ice is produced in larger sizes (45mm to 60mm), melts more slowly, and is transparent — perfect for premium cocktails and presentation in high-end bars.
Do you make ice sculptures for events?
Yes. We have a professional sculptor on our team and we create custom ice sculptures for weddings, corporate parties, brand launches, and other events. Orders must be placed at least 10 days in advance. We also provide a base with a drainage system and adjustable lighting.
Can you make ice cream with my company logo?
Yes. We produce ice blocks with logos, menus, or images frozen inside — an original way to showcase your brand at events and in your establishments.
How long does delivery take?
In the Lisbon area, deliveries are made on the same day or the following day, depending on the order time. For the Algarve, delivery times are arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Do they offer sample ice cubes for new customers?
Yes. We send a free sample ice pack so you can evaluate the quality of our products before placing a regular order.
