A corporate event needs a moment guests remember — and that the comms team can photograph. An ice sculpture does both. Here are eight ideas tested in our projects.

1. The logo as a reception piece

A crystal-clear ice block with the logo frozen inside, lit in brand colours, at the event entrance. Simple, elegant and perfect for arrival photos.

2. Brand mascot or symbol in ice

If the brand has a mascot, an animal or a symbol, the sculptor can shape it in ice. Figurative pieces become the evening’s meeting point.

3. A sculpture with sponsor logos

At conferences and galas with several partners, the logos can be frozen into the base of a central sculpture — visibility for everyone in one piece.

4. An ice luge at the bar

A luge serves ice-cold drinks through a channel carved in the ice and naturally draws people to the bar. It can include bottles or the brand’s product frozen into the block.

5. A frozen cocktail menu

The event bar menu with its signature cocktails, frozen into a clear block. It informs and decorates at the same time.

6. An ice seafood station

Ice waves, tiered stands and seafood bars keep oysters and seafood cold during service and turn the buffet into a design piece.

7. A Christmas tree with frozen-in lights

For the company Christmas party: an ice tree with LED garlands frozen inside that glow from within. Other themed options: nutcrackers, stars, New Year numbers.

8. A product launch “inside the ice”

The new product frozen into a clear block and revealed during the event. A strong concept for drinks, cosmetics, watch or tech brands (with products that can handle cold and water).
